About after-sales & warranty service
If you have any problems with the purchased product, please contact
us directly, we will deal with and solve the problem for you as
soon as possible.
We offer one-year warranty. But we can't offer warranty service for
products which have Man-made damage, including but not limited to:
bumped by user / fall in water by user / disassemble by user /
other man-made damage detected by the official service center.
About other questions
Storage > The actual available storage is not equal to the
written number, the reason we can explain is that the software
configuration will occupy part of storage.
*We can not accept the dispute over RAM/ROM difference.
*The battery life of a watch is related to the customer's usage
habits, just like a mobile phone. It is a problem that varies from
person to person. and the time described on the page is for
reference only.
Waterproof > Smartwatch ,There are motherboards, batteries and
other parts. It is not recommended to wear watch to take a
bath/shower/sauna, etc. Please use it carefully in a water
environment.Waterproof is not permanently effective, and the
protective performance may be reduced due to daily wear and tear.
Do not charge the watch in a wet state; damage caused by the user's
immersion in liquid is not covered by the warranty/product quality
issue.
Language > Sometimes there is a language not 100% translation.
Because Android OS is developed by English, so, some system files
can only be described in English. There may be a small number of
Chinese characters in some models, but does not affect the normal
use. Hope your understand.
